Craig Francis Donatucci, M.D.

Craig Francis Donatucci, M.D.Dr. Craig Donatucci is an Associate Professor and Vice Chair in the Department of Surgery, and a member of the Division of Urology at the Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. He completed medical training at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, his residency at Letterman Army Medical Center and a fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco. He held teaching posts as the Program Director and Chief of the Urology Service at the Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, prior to his arrival at Duke. Dr. Donatucci serves as a consultant to the Food and Drug Administration, the Gastroenterology and Urology Devices Panel and the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, Department of Health and Human Services, and was a voting member of the Panel from 1997to 2000. He is a diplomate of both the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Urology.

In his 25 years in the profession, Dr. Donatucci's abstracts and papers have been published in a wide range of professional publications, including the Journal of Urology, UROLOGY and the International Journal of Impotence Research. He has authored chapters in a range of books in the arena of urology and sexual dysfunction, including Impotence: Principles of Diagnosis and Management, The Penis and Reproductive Issues for Persons with Physical Disabilities. On an ongoing basis, Dr. Donatucci serves as an editorial reviewer for the International Journal of Impotence Research, Journal of Andrology, Urology and the Journal of Urology. Dr. Donatucci serves on the Executive Secretary of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Society for Sexual and Impotence Research, and the Southeast Section of the American Urological Association. He is past president of the Carolinas Urological Society and 1798.19of the North Carolina Urological Association.
