Dr. Landon Trost is a Urologist and affiliate faculty at Brigham Young University, specializing in vasectomy reversals, Peyronie’s Disease, and male infertility. He is the Director of the Male Fertility and Peyronie’s Clinic and the President of the charity, CURE PD. He received his undergraduate training at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Valedictorian. He underwent his medical training at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA where he received all honors and was awarded Junior AOA status. He completed residency training in urology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and was named as a Mayo Scholar Recipient. He continued specialty fellowship training in andrology and infertility at Tulane University, University of Florida, and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He then served as the Chief of Andrology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Trost has served in several positions including on the American Urological Association Guideline Panels for Hypogonadism, Peyronie’s Disease, and Priapism, Chair of the Education Committee for the International Society of Sexual Medicine, Chair of the Website Committee for the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, Board of Directors for the International Society of Sexual Medicine and Sexual Medicine Society of North America, American Board of Urology Examination Committee, and as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Sexual Medicine. He contributed to the core curriculum material for the American Urological Association on the topics of male hypogonadism and male infertility and was on the guideline panel for penile prostheses, vacuum therapies, traction devices, and vascular surgery for erectile dysfunction during the 2015 International Consultation on Sexual Medicine.

Dr. Shindel is a Professor of Urology at University of California San Francisco. He has been a member at large of the SMSNA and was Chair of the AUA Disorders of Ejaculation Guideline panel and is current chair of the AUA Core Curriculum.

Dr. Faysal Yafi is the David A. Pyle/OneRoot Foundation Endowed Chair in Men’s Health, Professor and Vice-Chair of Urology and Director of Men’s Health and Newport Urology at the University of California, Irvine (UCI).

He earned his medical degree from the American University of Beirut. He then served his internship in General Surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota and subsequently completed his residency in Urology at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. He then completed a two year fellowship in Andrology, Sexual Medicine and Prosthetic Urology at Tulane University. Dr. Yafi is certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Yafi serves on numerous national and international society committees as both member and chair and is the current Secretary of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the Editor-in-Chief of the the Video Journal of Sexual Medicine. He is also the director of the International Advanced Men’s Health courses held yearly at UCI since 2016.

He has contributed more than 300 peer-reviewed publications, educational guidelines and book chapters, has been invited as a visiting professor and a speaker at multiple national and international venues, and has received multiple national and international awards and recognitions, including the UCI Excellence in Teaching award in 2020, the UCI Rising Stars award in 2020, the UCI School of Medicine Faculty Mentor of the Year award in 2026, as well as the Sexual Medicine Society of North America Young Investigator Award of Excellence in 2022, and the International Society of Sexual Medicine Rising Star Award in 2023. Along with his wife Natalie, he is the co-editor of a book entitled “Effects of Lifestyle on Men’s Health”.

Dr. Helen L. Bernie is a board certified, fellowship-trained urologist and the Director of Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at Indiana University. She is also an Assistant Professor of Urology at the IU School of Medicine.
Dr. Bernie completed her six-year residency in Urology at the University of Rochester Medical Center, Rochester NY, and went on to complete a two-year fellowship in Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and the Center for Male Reproductive Medicine and Microsurgery at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York, NY.
She is a member of the prospective IT Matters – The Erectile Restoration Registry – sponsored by Boston Scientific and the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons Patient Enrollment Registry (SUPPER) penile implant registry. She is Co-PI on an NIH funded grant: NIH-NCI-R01 (CA258994-01A1) which is a randomized trial of PSMA-PET imaging prior to surgery to guide nerve and muscle preservation during robotic prostatectomy which measures sexual health outcomes and other quality of life measures. She is also a scientific reviewer for numerous peer-reviewed journals.
She is passionate about men’s health, cancer survivorship and fertility preservation. She treats all aspects of Men’s Health to include all male sexual dysfunctions and infertility. She started the Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine program at Indiana University and founded the Fertility Preservation program which is in its 4th year. She regularly lectures and teaches the residents and medical students as education and mentorship is important to her, in addition she developed the curriculum for the resident microsurgery training program.
She is an active member of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and the International Society of Sexual Medicine where she holds local and international roles serving as chair of the social media committee, and member in the young clinicians, educational projects and men’s health committees. Dr. Bernie is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine where she has won awards for best video on her surgical techniques for “No Scalpel Vasectomy” and is on the Society for Male Reproduction and Urology’s Social Media Committee. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys.

Tobias S. Köhler, MD, MPH, FACS, Professor of Urology, specializes in the treatment of erectile and sexual dysfunction, and BPH (enlarged prostate) in the Department of Urology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is head of Mayo Men’s Health and Program Director for the Mayo Andrology Fellowship. Dr. Köhler is an active member of American Urological Association, North Central Section, and is the President elect of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. He has published more than 250 peer reviewed scientific articles, book chapters and scientific abstracts and presented both locally and nationally on various subjects including erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, BPH, surgical education, and penile prostheses.

Petar Bajic, MD, is the Director of Men's Health at the Glickman Urological Institute in Cleveland, Ohio. A board-certified urologist with fellowship training in men's sexual and urinary dysfunction, he also serves as Assistant Professor of Urology at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.

Dr. Bajic completed his urology residency training at Loyola University followed by a fellowship in Andrology and Male Genital Reconstructive Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago.

As Director of the Section for Men's Health, Dr. Bajic oversees the section's operations, including clinical care, research, and education. He leads a team of 7 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers specializing in male sexual health and voiding dysfunction. He is also the director of the Genitourinary Medicine and Men's Health Fellowship, along with the Men's Health Translational and Clinical Research Fellowships.

Dr. Bajic serves on the Board of Directors of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America and is Chair of its Scientific Meeting Program Committee. He is also Chair of the Public Media Committee of the American Urological Association and serves on the AUA’s State Advocacy Committee. Dr. Bajic is associate editor for the Sexual Medicine section of Urology (the “Gold Journal”), and is a regular reviewer for many other journals, including The Journal of Urology, European Urology, Nature Reviews Urology, and Sexual Medicine Reviews.  

Dr. Bajic is committed to advancing the field of men's health and improving access to cutting edge men's health care. He specializes in Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction, sexual dysfunction and incontinence due to prostate cancer treatment, testosterone therapy, vasectomy, and benign prostate enlargement.

Dr. Kevin J. Campbell is a Urologist specializing in male reproductive and sexual medicine. He completed his undergraduate studies at LSU, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with College Honors Distinction and a Bachelor of Arts in French studies. Subsequently, he received a Master’s Degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University before completing medical school with Research Distinction Honors at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. Dr. Campbell completed his residency in urology at the University of Florida. He completed a subspecialty fellowship in Male Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX. His clinical interests include male factor infertility, erectile dysfunction, sexual medicine, Peyronie’s disease, orgasmic disorders, genital prosthetic surgery, and testosterone management.

Martin S. Gross, MD, FACS, is an Associate Professor of Urology at Yale School of Medicine and a Men's Health specialist for Yale New Haven Health. He is an internationally recognized expert in complex penile prosthesis surgery and in the prevention and management of penile prosthesis infection. His clinical practice also includes the medical and surgical treatment of male sexual health conditions. Dr. Gross has coauthored more than 400 peer-reviewed journal articles, abstracts, videos, and book chapters. He co-founded the Prosthetic Urology Multi-institutional Partnership (PUMP), a collaboration of penile prosthesis surgical centers around the world. He holds editorial roles as an Associate Editor for The Journal of Sexual Medicine and the Video Journal of Sexual Medicine and as a Senior Editor for the AUA Core Curriculum and Trends in Urology & Men's Health. Dr. Gross serves on the Board of Directors of the Sexual Medicine Society of North America (SMSNA) as Chair of the Surgical Committee and has held seats on several of the society's other national committees. He is President of the Barbara and Steve Wilson Educational Foundation and President-Elect of the Hispanic Urologists Society of North America. He also sat on the boards of the Society of Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons and the New England AUA Section, twice leading the latter's Annual Meeting as Program Co-Chair. Dr. Gross teaches on penile prosthesis surgical technique both domestically and internationally and has been course director or faculty for numerous educational courses over the years.He has guided a number of medical students into competitive urology residencies and mentored many urology residents and fellows, several of whom now hold academic faculty positions of their own. He joined Yale after a decade on the faculty of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College, where he co-directed the Dartmouth Hitchcock Men's Health Center.

Marah C. Hehemann, MD, FGPS is a fellowship-trained surgeon, researcher, educator and patient advocate specializing in the field of men’s health. Dr. Hehemann earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, completed her urologic training at Loyola University Medical Center, and then completed fellowship in Andrology, Male Reproductive and Sexual Health at the University of Washington. Dr. Hehemann is an Associate Professor in the Department of Urology at UW School of Medicine where she co-directs the Andrology Fellowship and serves as the Urology Residency Associate Program Director.

Her clinical interests include advanced erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, male factor infertility, male stress urinary incontinence, and cancer survivorship. She has extensive experience in prosthetic surgery for restoration of male sexual function and urinary control (penile implant and incontinence procedures), as well as complex microsurgery for male factor infertility. She believes in providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a comfortable environment where patients can talk about problems like sexual dysfunction due to cancer or other chronic conditions, or difficulty with building a family. She is committed to understanding a patient’s goals before we embark on a treatment path that should ultimately meet their needs.

She has presented her award-winning research in the fields of male sexual health, urologic prosthetics and male infertility at several international meetings. Dr. Hehemann is an active member of several international societies including SMSNA, SUPS, SSMR, and serves on the Editorial Board of the Video Journal of Sexual Medicine.

Sevann Helo, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Urology at Mayo Clinic specializing in male infertility, male sexual dysfunction, and microsurgery. Her clinical and academic work focuses on advancing the care of men with reproductive and sexual health conditions through innovation, research, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Dr. Helo has expertise in the evaluation and management of complex male infertility, including advanced diagnostic approaches, medical and surgical treatment, and microsurgical techniques. She has developed office-based approaches to microsurgery aimed at improving access to male fertility care and works closely with reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialists in the care of couples pursuing fertility treatment. Her clinical expertise also encompasses male sexual dysfunction, including penile prosthesis surgery for erectile dysfunction, as well as the surgical management of varicoceles, post-vasectomy testicular pain, hydroceles, spermatoceles, and other benign scrotal conditions.

Dr. Helo holds several leadership roles in graduate medical education at Mayo Clinic. She serves as Associate Program Director of the Mayo Clinic Urology Residency, Co-Director of the Mayo Clinic Andrology Fellowship, and Medical Director of the Mayo Clinic Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship. Through these roles, she is actively involved in curriculum development, mentorship, and the training of residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers.

Dr. Helo is also actively engaged in leadership within the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. She previously served as Chair of the SMSNA Fellowship Committee, contributing to fellowship education and the development of future leaders in sexual medicine, and will serve as Scientific Chair of the SMSNA Annual Fall Scientific Meeting in 2027.

An active investigator, educator, and author, Dr. Helo’s scholarly work spans male infertility, sexual medicine, surgical outcomes, and innovations in the delivery of urologic care. She has authored peer-reviewed publications, contributed expert educational content, and presented her work within the academic urology community. Her work reflects a commitment to advancing evidence-based care while educating and mentoring the next generation of clinicians in male reproductive and sexual medicine.

Dr. Lawrence Jenkins is an Associate Professor, Associate Chair, and Director of Men's Health at Tulane University School of Medicine. He earned his medical degree with research honors from the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York. He also earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo, with a focus on healthcare management. He completed his internship and urology residency at the University of Miami, where he also served as a chief resident. He then completed fellowships in male sexual and reproductive medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and in male infertility and microsurgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical College.

Prior to joining Tulane, Dr. Jenkins served as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Urology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, where he built a multidisciplinary program for men’s sexual health and fertility. He also served as Medical Director at the institution's NCCN Cancer Center, where he helped develop a program for male fertility preservation and reproductive health.

He has received many awards and honors throughout his career, authored numerous peer-reviewed articles, textbook chapters, and abstracts, and presented nationally and internationally on various Men's health topics. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. He is board-certified by the American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Thomas A. Masterson III is a board-certified, fellowship-trained urologist specializing in male reproductive medicine, microsurgery, and men’s sexual health. With advanced expertise in complex male fertility care and microsurgical reconstruction, Dr. Masterson provides personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s goals and quality of life.

He completed his residency and fellowship training at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami, where he developed advanced expertise in male infertility, hormonal management, vasectomy reversal, sperm extraction procedures including MicroTESE, and men’s reproductive health.

Dr. Masterson is dedicated to helping patients restore confidence, optimize reproductive health, and navigate family-building journeys with discretion, expertise, and compassionate support. His practice combines advanced technology, modern medicine, and a concierge-style patient experience designed around the needs of today’s patient.

Dr. Carolyn Salter is a fellowship-trained Urologist with a focus on Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and her medical degree from the United States military medical school, the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS). She completed her Urology residency at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and went on to attend fellowship in Male Sexual and Reproductive Medicine at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Dr. Salter is currently an attending Urologist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, and an Associate Professor at USUHS. Her research interests focus on testosterone deficiency, Peyronie’s disease, erectile dysfunction, male infertility and sexual incontinence. Dr. Salter was one of the inaugural Future Leaders for the International Society of Sexual Medicine in 2025. She serves on the AUA Testosterone Deficiency Guidelines committee and as a topic editor for the AUA core curriculum. Prior to serving on the Board, she was committee chair for the Membership and Men’s Health committees for SMSNA.
