Low Testosterone Could Be Linked to Vitamin D DeficiencyResearchers have found a possible connection between low vitamin D levels and low testosterone in men.

Testosterone is a critical hormone for men and one of the driving forces behind libido. It’s also responsible for male characteristics like facial hair, increased muscle mass, and a lower voice.
